Camper or RV is O.K. but no alcohol or campfires permitted on the property. Cattle on west edge of property from April to early fall. Landowner is willing to pen the cattle up if notified in advance of a hunt (on a limited basis though.) Owner interested in fewer coyotes but no dogs to be used please. Landowner’s son may hunt coyotes in January.
